Role: Nazara Technologies is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their Corporate Development team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating early-stage gaming and consumer tech deals, building financial models and investment theses, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive transactions and post-deal value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and evaluate early-stage gaming & consumer tech deals.

2. Build financial models, investment theses, and management-ready presentations.

3. Track portfolio performance and work closely with founders.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive transactions and post-deal value creation.

Ideal Profile:

1. 1–2 years of experience in VC / PE / IB / consulting / corporate development.

2. Strong grasp of startup evaluation & financial modeling.

3. Genuine interest in gaming, consumer tech, and AI tools.
