Venture Capital Job – Investment Analyst – Prath Ventures

Company Description: Prath Ventures is an early-stage venture firm specializing in Consumer Businesses and their Enablers. We usually make our first investments ranging from INR 10-150 million and lead rounds from Seed to Series A. Our focus is on building the next generation of consumer brands, products, services, retailers, and enabling technologies.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and modeling, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio management. The role requires close collaboration with senior team members to make informed investment decisions in a small, high-ownership team environment.

Qualifications:

1. High curiosity with a demonstrated interest in Investing, Venture Capital, and the Consumer sector.
2. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.
3. A solid understanding of Finance principles.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Prior experience in venture capital or investment banking is a plus.
6. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
