SailThru Ventures is hiring an Analyst. No suits, no slow days, no boring calls. Little madness, little magic, full founder energy.
We’re on the lookout for someone who’s got range in their brain – curious and sharp with a startup “keeda”. If spreadsheets excite you and you can vibe with a founder mid-crisis, we should talk.
What you’ll actually do:
- Scout breakout startups before they trend.
- Break down business models, traction, and market moves.
- Support deals from spark to close.
- Ride shotgun with founders scaling from chaos to clarity.
Who you are:
- Analytical but not allergic to “jugaad” (creative improvisation).
- Thrive in a fast, messy, high-energy environment.
- Comfortable saying “I don’t know” – but quick with figuring it out.
- 1–3 years in VC / banking / startups / consulting is cool but hustle is valued over title.
We’re a small crew with big bets. We back founders early, ride through the waves, and clap loudest when they win.
