Venture Capital Job – Investment Analyst – Spring Marketing Capital

Spring Marketing Capital is looking for an investment analyst. This is a key role for our new early stage consumer fund – Early Spring – anchored by Godrej Consumer Products. We completed the first close of this fund last year and have started investing from Seed to Series A offering brand expertise to the founders we back. We have brought together an amazing set of LPs – all from the consumer world – from corporates to consumer founders to VC/PE GPs to celebrity marketing companies – to add value to the companies we invest in. I call the capital we raise Intellectual capital 🙂 as opposed to mere financial capital which is a commodity today.

Please apply if
a) You love brands, enjoy working with early stage founders, interested in consumer goods and consumer internet sectors
b) You love meeting founders, in large numbers 🙂 Enjoy getting out of home, hitting the road, making calls, learning about new businesses.
c) Have 1-3 years of overall work experience, preferably in consulting / investing / high growth startup or entrepreneurial stint
d) High degree of ownership and keenness to be part of the 0-1 journey of a young fund
