Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Analyst located in Mumbai. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as researching investment opportunities, analyzing financial data, modeling, and managing portfolios. The Investment Analyst will also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to make recommendations based on that information.

KRA

• Identifying investment trends and opportunities through unique deal sourcing approaches
• Sourcing and evaluate potential debt opportunities in innovative startups ecosystem
• Performing preliminary analysis, due diligence and underwriting
• Managing the end-to-end deal process, from onboarding to disbursement and monitoring ongoing deals.
• Support the investment decisions of the firm through financial modeling and business development
• Preparing any other Adhoc reports that may be required by Investment Committee (“IC”) to ensure successful deal closure
• Work on presentations and reports
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs and other industry professionals

Qualifications

• MBA with CFA level 3 from a reputed institution or a CA upto 1 year of experience in Investment Banking / Venture
• Debt / Lending Institution focused on MSME space
• Proactive, self-learner and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
