Venture Capital Job – Investment Analyst – Will Ventures

Will Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund investing in sports, entertainment, health and wellness, and consumer technology.

We’re looking for an investor to support our deal sourcing and diligence efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with partners at the firm to identify and win deals in and around the sports and entertainment landscape.

None of the following are strict requirements, but they represent the general background and capabilities that might contribute to success in this role:

• 2-4 years of experience working in venture capital, consulting, investment banking, or startups.
• Extraordinary interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as experience working with senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid project management skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively sourcing investment opportunities.
• Collaborating with investment partners to underwrite deals by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Conducting thematic research to identify and propose new investment themes.
• Compiling benchmarks and operating metrics across key markets and business models through market research.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary, carried interest, unlimited paid time off (PTO), and employee benefits including generous healthcare.
