Venture Capital Job – Investment Associate – Auxano Capital

• Leading market, business, and competition research to identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities.
• Creating investment collaterals for the investment committee and the LPs.
  
• Conducting detailed company, financial, and legal due diligence to assess and ensure investment viability. 
  
• Preparing and reviewing in-depth reports, performance reviews, and presentations at both macro (industry trends) and fund (portfolio performance) levels to create strategic insights for fund and portfolio development.
• Collaborating with portfolio founders to strategize and drive portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Managing multiple deal workflows and overseeing ad-hoc strategic projects as required.

Requirements

• Graduate (B.Tech is a plus) with a prior experience of 3+ years or Post-Graduate with a prior experience of 1+ years. (Professional Certifications are a plus)
  
• Understanding of technology and investment landscape and ability to generate research through and not limited to research tools.
  
• Fluency in English and proficiency in tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.) to demonstrate modeling, analytical & presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple deal workflow processes simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment & meet deadlines with attention to detail.
