I’m hiring for the first team member to ISV Capital, building a leading early stage venture firm.
Venture Investing is one of the most interesting jobs, and breaking in can sometimes be challenging.
This is an opportunity to be a part of a fund from scratch.

5. Skill to go deep with sectors / existing expertise / leverage
We will invest super early, first round in a company!
Preferred persona – Operator at a Startup, wanting to transition into investing. Or a current investor at a fund, looking for more speed and earlier stage. Others are welcome as well.
Preferred years of experience – 2 to 4.
I’m looking for another me.
Salary – well match market rates of compensation. (A mix of how other similar stage funds pay)
