The Role: IvyCap Ventures is seeking an Investment Associate to join our investment team. This role is ideal for high-ownership individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with senior leadership throughout the venture capital lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Deal Flow: Manage deal sourcing and startup evaluation.

Assessment: Conduct market, competitor, founder, and financial assessments.

Execution: Handle valuation, due diligence, Investment Committee (IC) processes, and transaction support.

Portfolio Management: Oversee portfolio monitoring, MIS tracking, and compliance.

Collaboration: Work closely with VPs, Principals, and Partners.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Alumni of IIT / BITS / IIM / ISB.

Experience: Minimum 24 months of prior experience in VC, PE, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related roles.

Skills: Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
