Role Overview
We are looking to hire an Investment Associate for our fund. This role will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the venture capital industry, working closely with seasoned professionals and contributing to the growth and success of our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Investor Relations
- Assist in connecting with clients and investors to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Serve as a point of contact for LPs (Limited Partners), providing updates on fund performance and addressing any queries.
- Prepare industry-standard pitch decks for investors.
- Due Diligence and Compliance
- Oversee and participate in the due diligence process for potential investments.
- Manage and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Fund Management Support
- Support various aspects of fund management, including financial analysis, market research, and portfolio management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the fund.
- General Administration
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
- Engage in other activities as required to support the business operations.
Requirements
- CA/CFA, MBA (Finance)
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Finance Industry
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Skilled in Financial Modeling and Pitch-Deck creation
- Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
- Preferably based in Delhi or willing to relocate
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results efficiently
Location: Based out of South Extension, Delhi.
