📢 We’re hiring for a compliance role at Info Edge Ventures— and we’re looking for someone who wants to own, and streamline everything on the regulatory and reporting side of venture capital.
We’re a small, high-ownership team, and we treat compliance as core infrastructure — not an afterthought. If you’re excited about working in a fast-paced setup where precision matters, this could be for you.
What this role is all about:
·      Staying on top of SEBI AIF regulations — handling filings, disclosures, and everything in between.
·      Leading compliance reporting and building strong internal compliance processes.
·      Supporting audits and ensuring our fund and entity-level filings are fully buttoned up.
You’ll thrive here if:
·      You’ve spent 6–9 years in compliance roles within AIF / PE / VC.
·      You’re a qualified Company Secretary (CS) who’s confident managing governance independently. A law degree would be an added plus.
·      You know the SEBI rulebook well — and understand how to apply it in real time.
·      You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and love working in lean setups where every role is mission-critical.
