The Role: We are looking for an Investment Manager to help lead this mission, reporting directly to our Founder & CEO, Richa Bajpai. This role involves working directly with our 30–40 member student team. It is ideal for someone who loves early-stage venture, thrives in a flat, high-trust environment, and enjoys coaching ambitious young talent just as much as evaluating founders.
What You’ll Do:

Work hands-on with our 30–40 student investors to build a sharp, disciplined investment pipeline.

Meet student-led founders, dropouts, and recent grads building boldly.

Lead deal structuring, financial modelling, term sheets, and negotiation.

Guide sector research, Investment Committee (IC) prep, weekly cadences, and post-IC work.

Present high-quality startups to our Investment Committee.

Operate closely with the CEO on strategy, investment decisions, and ecosystem building.
What You Bring:

10–12 years of experience in venture, consulting, or other high-ownership roles.

Strong analytical and financial skills.

Leadership instincts and the ability to coach young, motivated teams.

A hustle-first mindset and a sharp bias for action.

Comfort operating in a flat, transparent, move-fast culture.
