Circulate Capital is seeking an experienced Investment Manager/Director to join our team in Indonesia or the Philippines. This role focuses on managing the deployment and development of our Ocean Funds, aimed at preventing ocean plastic pollution and advancing the circular economy.

Location and Reporting:
- Remote position in Indonesia or the Philippines, with required travel.
- Reports to the Investment Partner, Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and develop investment strategies.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage deal flow.
- Lead due diligence processes (market sizing, technology reviews, financial modeling, negotiations).
- Structure deals, including legal and financial terms.
- Guide portfolio companies to achieve financial and impact targets (board membership, interim management).
- Plan and execute divestment strategies.
- Coordinate with impact and compliance teams.
- Contribute to LP engagement and PR/Comms strategies.
- Represent Circulate Capital at industry events and build ecosystem relationships.
- Suggest process and service improvements.

Key Competencies:
- 6 to 12 years of growth capital private equity investment/corporate finance experience.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental solutions.
- Proven ability to guide management teams and implement corporate governance.
- Expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, portfolio management, and divestments.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Extensive network in the region’s investment ecosystem.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Google Suite, Microsoft, CRMs).
