The Role: We are hiring an Investment Manager to play a core role in driving our venture and growth strategy in Mumbai. This is a leadership-track, high-ownership position with direct Partner exposure for someone who wants meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to help build a long-term institutional platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Deal Origination: Build proprietary pipelines and strong founder relationships.

Investment Evaluation: Lead financial modelling, underwriting, and Investment Committee (IC) materials.

Transaction Execution: Structure, negotiate, and close investments.

Portfolio Stewardship: Work closely with founders on strategy, growth, and governance.

Fund & LP Engagement: Support fundraising, LP communication, and franchise building.
Requirements:

Experience: 6–10 years of experience in VC, PE, growth equity, Investment Banking (IB), or strategy consulting.

Skills: Strong financial modelling and transaction execution capability. Independent judgment and first-principles thinking.

Attributes: High ownership, high accountability mindset, and the ability to build trust with founders and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA or strong engineering + investing background. Demonstrated experience leading deals or investment workstreams. Strong sectoral depth in technology-driven businesses.
