About Veltis Capital: Veltis Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm focused on Consumer (brands, tech, enablers) and Deep-tech. We operate with a strong Founder-Operator background, bringing decades of experience from Boston Consulting Group, Mahindra Group, Caratlane, and Sify. We are building the finest quality early-stage VC by operating with high trust, deep conviction, and an over-index on quality over quantity.

The Role: We are adding 2 sharp and driven teammates (0–5 years work experience) to our core team. This role is impactful, offering the opportunity to work across the entire VC value chain in a small, agile team.

What we do:

1. Invest in early-stage start-ups focused on Consumer and Deep-tech.

2. Work closely with portfolio founders in a non-intrusive manner.

3. Partner with outstanding founders and build wonderful relationships within the ecosystem.

Whom are we looking for:

1. Experience: 0-5 years of work experience. Flexible with background, but must show “demonstrated excellence”.

2. Attributes: Folks with high agency, compassion, and intellect.

3. Mindset: Driven to nurture the craft of early-stage investing and help build a top-tier firm.
