Role: Investor Relations, Portfolio and Compliance (Analyst/ Associate/ Manager)
Location: Sikanderpur, Gurgaon (Relocation to NCR required)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office

Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new investors.
- Manage investor communications, including monthly and quarterly reports.
- Organize and assist in LP events and meetings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including SEBI filings and board documentation.
Portfolio Assistance
- Support investment team in deal closures and transactions.
- Regularly engage with portfolio companies to track and analyze performance.
Compliance and Operations
- Develop and implement SOPs for investor servicing and accounting.
- Collaborate with outsourced accounting providers and vendors.
- Oversee financial accuracy, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities, including tax and audits.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: CA / CS / CFA / Finance degree or equivalent.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and compliance standards.
- Analytical Thinking: Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Acumen and Creativity: Ability to present data effectively and think outside the box.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at collaborating with internal and external teams seamlessly.
- Ownership and Dependability: High level of ownership with minimal need for supervision.
