Building the future of healthcare

About 2070Health: W Health has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070Health – an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, Nivaan, Everbright Health, and Everhope Oncology.

The Role: We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join our team and grow into a core member of our fundraising and LP engagement function. This role is designed for someone who is execution-focused today but wants to scale into an independent IR lead over the next few years. This is not a pathway to an investments role and is focused on investor relations. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to manage investor communications, streamline reporting, coordinate fundraising activities, and build long-term relationships with our Limited Partners (LPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investor Relations & Fundraising Support:

    • New LP outreach: Assist with preparation of fundraising materials: pitch decks, data rooms, diligence responses.

    • LP onboarding: Manage onboarding of new LPs including documentation, compliance checks, and communication workflows.

    • Ongoing investor relations: Lead planning and execution of quarterly LP communication cycles: reports, investor calls and annual meetings; including data collection, preparing presentations and updates.

    • CRM: Maintain, update, and improve the investor CRM to track LP interactions and fundraising pipelines.

  2. Communications & External Engagement:
    • Draft fund announcements and press releases.

    • Support development of collateral for external engagement by working with internal teams, designer and PR agency.

    • Drive the fund’s external communication and social media strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience at a venture capital or similar fund; 3-4 years of total work experience.

  2. Education: Undergraduate or masters in finance/business from a top university.

  3. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational and project management ability.

  4. Interest: Interest in venture capital, fundraising, and relationship management.

  5. Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
