Venture Capital Job – Investor Relations Associate – Anthill Ventures

At Anthill, we’re looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate with 5 to 7 years of work experience. Below are the requirements and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1: Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future investors (funds, financial institutions, pensions, multi-nationals, ultra high net worth individuals, family offices and more)

2: Responsible for all fundraising goals and targets

3: Lead global investor relations and business development

4: Lead projects related to lead generation, sales pipeline organising fundraising roadshows

5: Manage reporting, investor meetings, presentations

6: Represent the firm at industry events and conferences

7: Act as an advisor to the investment team, as a voice of the limited partners

8: Be an important point of contact for the regulators across various markets

9: Manage investor relations team members and their performance.

Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.
• Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text.
• Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for investors.
• Ability to see bigger picture and contribute to any discussion beyond the specific remit of the role
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to work autonomously, must be well organized; attention to detail; high level of accuracy
• Ability to respond sensitively and appropriately to confidential issues and information
• High level of accuracy, consistency and timely responses are essential

Education & Experience

• CA / MBA – qualification may be advantageous but not a specific requirement.
• Ideally past experience of 5 to 7 years within the Venture Capital Industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel, PPT, and Word).
