Blume Ventures is hiring a junior Admin & Ops Executive to manage our office + guesthouse in Bengaluru.
This role is for someone who has experience with the following:
– 3-5 years of experience in general admin/facilities/office management.
– Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timelines.
– Experience managing events, budgets, vendors, repairs & maintenance, inventory & supply management, invoicing & budgets, filing reimbursements & expense reports
– Daily upkeep and maintenance of offices
– Managing 1-2 staff and ensuring high levels of service, professionalism, output and a strong focus on creating a great employee experience
– Managing IT equipment, videoconferencing, basic IT asset support
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. High professionalism + good written/verbal communication in English will be a requirement of the role.
This person will set the benchmark for a warm and welcoming environment at our Bengaluru offices and take pride in creating great offices and workspaces for our team.
