IndiaQuotient VC Fund is hiring a Junior Associate / Associate for its team in Bengaluru (On-site). The fund is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented professional with expertise in finance, compliance, and reporting to contribute to its operations.
Role Overview:
The Junior Associate / Associate will:
– Prepare and review monthly and quarterly fund-level and investor reports.
– Manage capital calls, NAV reporting, and investor communications while engaging with founders for portfolio monitoring and compliance.
– Ensure regulatory compliance, including GST and TDS, assist with fund valuations, and support financial and regulatory reporting for the AMC and related entities.
– Oversee fund budgeting, conduct expense analysis, liaise with legal teams, and coordinate with auditors and valuation experts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– A Chartered Accountant or Semi-Qualified Professional (freshers are welcome to apply).
– Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations is advantageous.
– Strong critical and creative thinking skills for solving financial challenges.
– Effective interpersonal skills for thriving in a collaborative team environment.
– Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and other accounting and reporting tools.
