Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a suitable candidate (Tier 1 undergraduate schools only). Candidates with at-least 2-3 years prior experience in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, asset management, or strategy consulting can also apply. Additional qualifications such as CFA, or CAIA would be valuable.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with sound business judgement, and an ability to work independently and remotely with their own initiative. We offer first-hand insights into the global venture capital and private equity industry and a behind the scenes glimpse of the nuts and bolts of fundraising and due diligence project management.

You absolutely must:

  • Have an appetite for a steep learning curve and a desire to succeed in a commercial environment, and put in the hours when the projects demand;

  • Have strong client service orientation with an openness to feedback and new ideas

About the role:

As a Junior Associate/Senior Analyst, you would be reporting day-to-day to a Senior Associate/Vice President and also will be working on projects with our Founder in our small but fast-growing business. You will be working with the project team to support our clients on their fundraising project management (including analytical tasks such as financial modelling, research and putting together pitch decks and investment memorandums), and building private markets investment programmes (including building sourcing channels, conducting due diligence, and project management). In addition, you will be working on our business development initiative, which includes identifying potential clients and conducting appropriate research on their business needs, arrange business meetings with them, and support the search for new suitable business partners.

This is a full-time Junior Associate/Senior Analyst role, and we offer:
