About the Role

At Kalaari, content is a key pillar on which we build our brand. We are looking for a young, creative individual who will work on projects that enhance Kalaari’s content & brand presence across multiple channels. The role would involve content writing, social media management, stakeholder co-ordination, and taking end-to-end ownership of the projects that you are working on.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging written content for our website, blog, social media, newsletter, and other marketing materials.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, calendar management, posting, and engagement with our audience.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.

Basic Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts and marketing collateral.

Content Strategy & Ideation: Bring fresh and creative ideas to the table to enhance our marketing efforts.

Assist in developing new content properties like podcasts, preparing micro-content from our existing video series, reports, etc.

Co-ordination during events and community engagement activities run by the firm.

Provide backend support to ensure timely maintenance of our website properties.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management. Prior experience in working with an early-stage startup will be a plus.
  • Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experienced with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and freelancers.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to ideate content strategies.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Passionate about startups, technology, and venture capital.
