Position – Manager Finance
Profile – Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years experience, preferable in a VC/PE or financial services or big 4 audit firms.
Soft skills (must have!) – Affable and independent style of work.
Role requirement – Candidate will be part of the Finance and Operations – fund management, accounting, audit, valuation, taxation, finance operations, reporting and compliance and related matters.
· Fund administration: Co-ordinating with the Administrators for current funds and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving accounts and documents across funds;
· Assist in tracking and working on different aspects of the fund – management fees, expenses invoice, NAV calculation, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management;
· Assist with SEBI, Trustee compliances related to AIFs;
· Assist with Quarterly and Annual reporting with respect to Funds to Investor servicing team and assisting in investor queries;
· Assist with Valuation of portfolio companies in line with SEBI annual requirements;
· Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters; and
· Follow a close checklist approach to ensure effective co-ordination amongst all stakeholders.
