Venture Capital Job – Portfolio Manager – IAN Group

Job Description: We are looking for a Portfolio Manager (Entry Level: 0–2 years) to join our Delhi team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals eager to learn the inner workings of the startup and venture capital ecosystem. As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a central role in supporting our founders, investors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio founders, acting as a dependable point of contact for guidance and ecosystem connections.
2. Reporting & Compliance: Follow up with founders for quarterly updates, analyze key insights for lead investors, and ensure portfolio companies comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Database & Investor Management: Maintain organized databases, legal documentation, and investment data sheets for all portfolio companies.
4. Fundraising & Exits: Track and support fundraising efforts of portfolio companies and support the full lifecycle of exits and write-offs.
5. Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement: Work with the marketing team to create newsletters, blogs, and other investor-facing content around the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
2. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
3. A keen interest in startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite; a basic understanding of financial statements is a plus.
