Brief requirements:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND-

– Engineer from premier institutes (mandatory).

– MBA is desirable but not mandatory.

EXPERIENCE–

– 1.5 to 3 years of experience in VC investing is required.

– Candidates with exceptional consulting or startup experience, coupled with VC knowledge, will also be of interest.

– Sector experience : Fintech ideal but open to other sectors like Consumer Tech

KEY ATTRIBUTES–

– Passionate about venture capital and tech startups.

– Self-driven, with a hustler mentality and an ownership mindset.

– Strong analytical skills.

SKILLS–

– Proficient in sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, thesis development, and content creation.

– Excellent communication and networking abilities.
