To strengthen our mission, we are hiring a Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our investment team.
The Role As part of the team, you will:
- Source & evaluate high-potential healthcare startups.
- Lead due diligence and prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee.
- Drive deal execution & negotiations with founders and partners.
- Partner with portfolio companies, supporting them on strategy, operations, and fundraising.
- Shape the ecosystem and contribute to thought leadership.
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience (VC, PE, IB, consulting, corporate strategy).
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A deep interest in healthcare and innovation.
- An entrepreneurial, high-integrity, and collaborative mindset.
