As we continue to push the boundaries of innovation, we’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and work closely with the Founder to drive our mission forward.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Associate / Principal to join our team – with an inclination towards climate, deeptech and fintech ecosystem. The candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in our investments across various stages and focused sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing
- Portfolio Management
- Building a strong relationship with prospective LPs
- Working on thesis building
- Extensive travelling for portfolio meetings, primary research etc.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a similar analytical role in the tech industry.
– Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for Climate, DeepTech, and/or FinTech sectors.
– Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with entrepreneurs and across all levels of the organization.
– Self-starter with a track record of successful project management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
