We’ve helped build startups by infusing our unique nurture capital and enabled them to scale into global markets. And we’ve done this thanks to an enterprising team of committed young people who work closely with our founders to help them succeed.
Now we’re hiring a “Senior Associate in Investment Management” to join us in this mission. The role is ideal for someone who can spot a diamond in the rough and polish it to create value.
What Problem Will You Solve?
Value Creation: Partner startup founders to drive growth for startups by solving challenges in revenue, capital, and talent. Become the go-to person for founders.
Identify and Nurture: Spot industry-changing companies and help create the next Indian unicorn.
Governance: Enhance investor confidence through robust investment governance.
What skills, knowledge, experience and aptitude will help you succeed?
Skills: Strong written and oral communication, numerical abilities, presentation, negotiation, research, creative solutioning.
Knowledge: Business-related topics, finance, technology/ DeepTech, venture capital ,startups.
Experience: Ideally two or more years of experience related to research, startups,VCs, problem solving, entrepreneurship.
Aptitude: Self-driven, hungry to learn, patient listener, assertive, analytical, result-oriented, tenacious, team player, thought leader, doer who believes the job isn’t over until the job is done.

What will you be responsible for?
As an integral member of the portfolio team, your success depends on and determines the success of our portfolio companies. The role is multi-dimensional and includes:
Creating compelling investment cases:
- Craft and present compelling investment cases.
- Draft and negotiate term sheets and oversee due diligence.
- Ensure smooth investment execution and manage partner rights for
- long-term growth.
Enabling founders and their teams:
- Develop deep, empathetic relationships with founders in our portfolio.
- Co-create milestones and KPIs to guide startups.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure a safe and stress-free entrepreneurial
- journey.
Governance of the fund and investments:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by diligently maintaining
- documentation.
- Standardise business processes across portfolio companies.
- Conduct biannual fund valuations and manage exit processes, including
- strategic sales, IPOs and buybacks.
What skills and qualifications must you have?

Structured knowledge in technology (B.Tech/ M.Tech) or a deep interest in the subject,finance and/or venture capital (perhaps you re in the midst of a CFA course) will definitely give you an edge. And a minimum of two years hands-on experience in any field, where you have worked on outcomes. Plus the spirit of enterprise.
