Senior Compliance Manager

This role requires:

· Advanced level understanding of Corporate Laws

· High level of documentation standards and able to drive organisation towards achieving efficiency in documentation management

· Working level understanding of FEMA, PMLA, RBI regulations, Accounting and Taxation

· Liasoning with Bankers, Lawyers and CS Auditors

· Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Quick learner

· Aptitude to read and comprehend compliance related documents and notifications/circulars

· Ability to lead and prioritise

· Eye for detail

Educational qualifications and experience requirement:

· CS with post qualification experience of minimum 3 years

· Prior experience in VC Industry preferred

This is a work from office role and the candidate must be based or willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR.
