Job description
Within the B2B tech investment team, you will join our new B2BTech fund and take part in the following missions:
• Dealflow management: sourcing, screening and analysis of investment opportunities and weekly presentation to the team. Deep dive on specific segment of our investment thesis.
• Investment process: meeting with entrepreneurs, investment opportunities in-depth analysis (technology, product, market, business plan, team, etc.), support in investment processes with partners or investment directors (due-diligence, legal and financial negotiations)
• Portfolio and business monitoring: support in portfolio companies monitoring, management of relationships with portfolio entrepreneurs, metrics reporting and follow-up, participation in board meetings etc.
• Ecosystem events: active participation in the events of the digital ecosystem (demo days, pitch contests, etc.)
Required profile
• At least a first meaningful professional experience, in startup/finance/acceleration structure (first experience in a similar role, ideally in an investment firm, is a plus) Strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with people
• A deep interest for the startup ecosystem and for our investment thesis in cybersecurity, enterprise software, infrastructure software and fintech
• A positive, trustworthy and autonomous mindset, who is willing to take initiatives and has a team player mentality
• Background in relevant fields like Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Finance with a curiosity for technical topics
