Venture Capital Job – Venture Scout – POD

We are looking for enthusiastic talent to join our Venture Scouting team to enhance startup sourcing, evaluation and increase the pipeline for our portfolio startups. The candidate will work closely with the investment team on sourcing and evaluating startups. With hands-on experience in startup evaluation, the candidate will also get the opportunity to perform market research and campaign management on POD. This opportunity will help the candidate acquire skills and knowledge of private markets. And most importantly, the candidate will gain broad experience in startup investment and Venture Capital Industry.

Job Description

• Scouting early stage startup deals
• Increase deal flow pipelines for POD.
• Screen, evaluate and select quality startups to be presented to investors on POD.
• Create and manage fundraising campaigns of the startups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain proper communication with all stakeholders.
• Perform market research and industry/sector analysis as per our investment thesis.

Required Qualification

• Excellent Communication Skills
• B.Com/BBA/MBA with up to a year of full time or internship experience in investments, analysis and market research with a fair understanding of venture capital.
• Proficiency in technology for efficient work tracking, managing and executing
• Is a Go-getter, looking for new opportunities & challenges.
