Role Summary: Titan Capital is looking for a senior leader to join as VP – Corporate Development to spearhead fundraising and strategic development for our portfolio companies. This role will be the bridge between early-stage founders and the investor ecosystem, helping craft compelling capital-raising narratives, running efficient fundraising processes, and unlocking strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Lead and manage fundraising processes for portfolio companies by connecting with relevant VCs, PEs, and family offices. Guide founders on capital strategy, valuation, and deal structuring.
2. Investor Relations: Build and maintain deep relationships across the investor ecosystem.
3. Collaterals & Storytelling: Oversee the creation of investment decks, financial models, and industry analysis. Help founders shape compelling investment narratives.
4. Strategic Development: Evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and alliances for portfolio companies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. 8-12 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on venture capital/early-stage fundraising. Exposure to corporate development, PE, or VC is a strong plus.
2. A demonstrated track record of closing venture funding rounds or M&A transactions for startups.
3. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis skills.
4. A deep network across VCs, PEs, family offices, and strategic investors.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. An entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
