Position and Responsibilities: This role will give you rich and well-rounded exposure to various critical investing aspects and will prepare you to take on a variety of roles across the finance industry.

Activities will include:
(i) Financial Analysis: Financial models, valuations, exit scenarios, capitalization tables.
(ii) Data and Insight Development: Market and transaction comps, industry analysis.
(iii) Transaction Support: New pipeline development till investment.
(iv) Portfolio Company Management: Tracking performance metrics and governance matters, reporting, contributing to company-specific projects.

CRITERIA TO BE AN ELEVARIAN: If you have the ambition to learn and grow at an accelerated pace and have demonstrated a relevant commercial track record based on the criteria below, we would love
to hear from you.

  • Pre MBA with CFA level 3 or MBA from a reputed institution or a CA with 3 to 5 years of experience in investing / equity research / finance / investment banking / business or operations consulting.
  • An international stint of 6+ months in a bulge bracket investment bank is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and analyze financial and business models.
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets and distil key points along with strong research skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional business communication skills in English (written and spoken) with a bias for simplicity and clarity.
  • Strong desire and ability to work with a diverse, international and cross-continental team.
  • Attention to detail, a willingness to work hard and take ownership, a tremendous sense of humor, a team player, a deep desire to work at Elevar and the ability to take instant feedback.
