About the Programme: The IndiaAI Innovation Challenge 2026 is a flagship initiative by IndiaAI (Ministry of Electronics and IT) in partnership with the Ministry of MSME and Ministry of AYUSH. The challenge invites market-ready AI solutions to address high-impact public sector challenges, specifically aiming to build an AI-powered digital dispute resolution ecosystem and intelligent health systems.

Focus Areas:
- Virtual Negotiation Assistance: AI-enabled assistants for automated intake, document analysis, and outcome prediction in dispute resolutions.
- Intelligent Agent Mapping: AI tools for automated onboarding, classification, and matching of vendors based on capabilities.
- Intelligent AYUSH Health Systems: AI platforms for disease trend detection, risk forecasting, and personalized treatment recommendations.
Who Can Apply:
- Indian Startups: Recognized by DPIIT.
- Indian Companies: Registered under Companies Act (min. 51% Indian ownership).
- Innovators: Individual students, researchers, and professionals (must register as a company/startup if selected for the pilot stage).
- Institutions: Academic and research institutions.
Key Benefits:
- Major Funding: Winners secure a government work contract worth up to INR 1 Crore (approx. 2 years) to deploy their solution.
- Pilot Grant: Shortlisted teams (Stage 2) receive INR 25 Lakh each to refine and pilot their solution.
- Total Prize Pool: INR 5.25 Crore.
