Manoj Tulsani, born in Rajasthan, India, moved to Dubai in 1999 at the age of 21. Armed with a commerce degree and a passion for travel, he began his career as a marketing executive at Safeer Group. Over the years, Manoj honed his marketing acumen, eventually becoming Head of Marketing at Time Machine Group. However, a deep-seated desire to build something of his own led him to resign and launch Rayna Tours.

Manoj’s partner, Kamlesh Ramchandani, brought complementary operational expertise to the table. Together, they envisioned a company that would go beyond traditional travel services by offering immersive experiences tailored to individual preferences.

Rayna Tours distinguished itself early on by investing in assets that allowed the company to deliver high-quality services directly to customers:
