The need for a field service management platform
Fieldproxy is a no-code SaaS platform designed to increase field team productivity. Fieldproxy, founded in 2016 by Swaroop Vijayakumar and Balakrishna Balasubramaniam, provides a web-based no-code builder that allows business teams to create custom templates to streamline internal interactions with field teams. The field teams use an app-based solution. An intuitive scheduling and planning system integrated to suit the user’s needs allows users to easily schedule tasks, assign resources to tasks, and plan their days ahead. The users can use a single app to create automated jobs for their business, assign them to field teams, track them, and update and collect data using these tasks.
According to the co-founder Swaroop Vijayakumar, flexible, no-code platforms are the future and have transformed the way many desk teams work. Fieldproxy has the potential to achieve transformation for businesses in field-first industries such as field servicing, consumer goods, pharma, energy, and infrastructure.
