Hiring – Investor Relations and Corporate Development Associate

Lohum is looking for an early career associate to join our Investor Relations and Corporate Development team.

You will help manage relationships with our existing investors, contribute to fundraising efforts, source deals and execute corporate development initiatives, and assist in other strategic transactions for Lohum and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications:
∙ 1-5 years experience in Corporate Development, Consulting, Investment banking, PE, VC, or similar roles.
∙ Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
∙ Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and financial tools
∙ Excellent written and spoken communication, presentations, and facilitation skills
∙ Exposure to the commodities or the energy industry will be a bonus
