LetsVenture Portfolio Team – is a program setup to help the LV portfolio founders grow and scale their company by assisting them in growth, follow-on funding/investor connects, partnerships and community support. The team also works closely with Investors in monitoring the performance of the various portfolio companies
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Founder Relations Manager for the Portfolio Team, you will be responsible for the following:
● Actively work with the founders on different help/ support needed to build a strong relationship
● Assist in the follow-on fundraising activities of the portfolio companies through deck/ financial plan review, Investor / Business connects and platform launch
● Work alongside legal team on different transactions like Exits, M&A, shutdowns and restructuring
● Support any other initiative that LV will undertake to support the portfolio companies
● Ability to undertake & solve unstructured problems
Requirements:
● Undergraduate candidate with commerce background
● Experience of 0-2 years
● Interest / Experience in startups would be a plus
● Available to join immediately
● Location : Bangalore
