We help Insurance carriers & brokers automate manual processes, reduce errors and increase high-and-low-skilled employee productivity. We’re on a mission to bring intelligent automation to the world and are on the first step of automation i.e automating document processing.

Our deep learning models convert any type of unstructured data into structured insights. We have implemented our solution for top insurance carriers & brokers in India, also scailing to US Insurance market, helping them lower costs & reduce time spent on manual data entry.

Responsibilities

Take ownership, no one likes micro-management at pibit.ai

The position will require working with cross-functional teams to work on multiple technical challenges and take complete ownership of the development cycle.

1. Should be able to design scalable monolith or basic microservices.
2. Past CICD knowledged and/or Agile based development methodology experience preferred.
3. Candidate should be a good problem solver and should be comfortable with basic algorithms and data structures to meet the day to day engineering requirements.

Technical Requirements

Bachelor/Masters in computer science (or equivalent work experience) from premier Institute

1. React (Functional way preffered)
2. Redux (Redux toolkit preffered)
3. Python3 – ayncio, multiprocessing, scripting. (Prior experience with documents and images preferred)
4. Docker
5. Linux – basics
6. Github – basics
7. SQL DB (Postgres DB preffered)
8. DynamoDB or mongoDB experience preferred

Plus

1. Material UI
2. FastAPI
3. mypy and python typing based static code analysis
4. AWS basics – familiar with common AWS resources like codepipeline, S3, cloudwatch, DynamoDB etc
5. Image processing with OpenCV
6. Past ML experience if any with CV or NLP based models
