Investment Analyst/Associate
Incubate Fund India is an early stage focused venture capital fund backed by Japan’s leading seed focused fund, Incubate Fund.
Started in 2010, Incubate Fund is currently the largest independent early stage focused Venture Capital Firm in Japan. We have built a portfolio of over 300 companies in Asia, taking 12 companies public and 25 companies to M&A exit since 2010.
We currently have offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Mumbai/Bangalore, and San Francisco, covering Japan, Southeast Asia, India, and the United States respectively.
Position Overview
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Incubate Fund India team.
The Analyst will be primarily responsible for deal sourcing, assessing business plans, performing research / competitive analysis / due diligence, supporting deal execution and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to build a pipeline of potential Investments leads
- Support deal execution and due diligence efforts
- Provide analytic and strategic support to Incubate Fund Portfolio
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in venture capital and startups
- Bachelor’s Degree having graduated from a top-tier university
- Extremely well organized, with attention to detail, along with strong communication skills (English)
