Startup Incubator Job – Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Programs and Innovation, Atal Incubation Centre BIMTECH (AIC BIMTECH)

About AIC-BIMTECH: Atal Incubation Centre – BIMTECH (AIC-BIMTECH) is the fastest-growing, sector-agnostic incubation centre in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR). Established in 2018 under the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) of NITI Aayog, AIC-BIMTECH is a vibrant hub dedicated to nurturing startups and entrepreneurs by providing them with the resources, mentorship, and infrastructure they need to thrive.

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and self-starting team member to join us as a front-facing leader for our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing new programs and partnerships to support startups and will be eager to both lead and learn within India’s innovation ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Act as a key point of contact for startups, partners, investors, and government agencies.
2. Oversee incubation programs by leveraging mentor, investor, and partner networks.
3. Build strategic alliances with government bodies, corporates, and investors to drive startup success.
4. Supervise and maintain operational documentation, reports, and compliance records.
5. Represent AIC-BIMTECH at ecosystem events to maintain visibility.
6. Execute and support events, branding, and communication initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the startup ecosystem (e.g., grants, programs, government schemes, incubation). Prior involvement with a government startup agency, incubator, or VC is desired.
2. Education: A Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
3. Skills: Fluent verbal communication, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a strong command of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
