Job Title: Incubation Manager

Overview:

We seek an experienced and dynamic Incubation Manager to oversee technical aspects and operations within our startup incubation program. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in coordinating events, engaging speakers, and managing day-to-day activities. Responsibilities

1. Technical Oversight:

· Provide technical guidance to startups, ensuring they have access to relevant resources and expertise.

· Collaborate with technical experts and mentors to support startups in solving complex technical challenges.

· Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to guide startups in their technical development.

2. Event Coordination:

· Plan and execute incubator events, workshops, and speaker sessions with a focus on technical content.

· Identify and invite industry leaders, experts, and mentors to share insights and knowledge with the startup community.

· Create a dynamic and engaging environment that fosters collaboration and learning.

3. Day-to-Day Operations:

· Oversee the daily operations of the incubation program, ensuring a smooth and productive working environment for startups.

· Act as a liaison between startups and internal/external stakeholders to address technical requirements and concerns promptly.

· Implement and optimise processes to enhance the efficiency of day-to-day activities.

4. Networking and Connections:

· Develop and maintain a strong network of technical professionals, mentors, and industry experts.

· Facilitate connections between startups and relevant technical experts, potential partners, and investors.

· Actively participate in industry events to expand the incubator’s network and opportunities.

5. Mentorship:

· Provide mentorship to startups on technical aspects, offering insights and guidance for their product development.

· Foster a collaborative and supportive mentorship culture within the incubator community.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.

2. Proven experience in technical roles, preferably in startup environments.

3. Strong organizational and project management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
