Shouldered by the Dholakia Family Office, we have been diversifying our Investment portfolio since 2020. We are looking to hire someone who is well versed with the working of startup ecosystem and is a finance enthusiast looking to work for long term.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:

– Actively identify and cultivate investment opportunities in growth-stage deals and early-stage SMEs.

– Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess viability and potential.

– Evaluate investments through rigorous financial projections and risk assessments.

2. Due Diligence and Investment Analysis:

– Lead comprehensive due diligence on potential portfolio companies.

– Analyze financial models and market trends to inform robust investment decisions.

– Prepare and present detailed investment notes and proposals to the investment committee.

3. Deal Structuring and Negotiation:

– Negotiate terms and structure deals, managing term sheets and shareholders agreements.

– Coordinate with various teams for seamless deal closure and fund disbursement.

4. Portfolio Management:

– Oversee and optimize the current investment portfolio, setting performance KPIs.

– Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies, aiding in growth and operational efficiency.

– Develop and implement strategic exit plans to maximize investment returns.

5. Training and Team Development:

– Mentor and coach junior team members in deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment analysis.

– Implement structured feedback cycles and professional development programs.

– Collaborate with leadership to identify external training resources and opportunities.

6. Investor Relations and Fundraising:

– Lead fundraising initiatives and maintain robust investor relationships.

– Participate in investor meetings and networking events to represent the family office.


– Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a reputed institute.

– Industry Experience: 5-7 years experience in venture capital, investment banking, or private equity, focusing on early-stage technology investments.

– Analytical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling and valuation.

– Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

– Networking: Well-established network in the startup and venture capital community.

– Collaborative Approach: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Investment Track Record: Proven track record of successful investments in early-stage companies.

– Strategic and Critical Thinking: Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.

– Leadership and Mentorship: Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
