Position Title: VC Analyst Fellow (Six Months)
Job Description:
VC Analyst Fellow, you will work closely with the investment team to identify, evaluate, and support promising early-stage startups across various industries.
Responsibilities
-> Proactively identify potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
-> Screen inbound deal flow and conduct preliminary assessments to determine fit with investment criteria.
-> Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess market size, competitive landscape, and growth potential.
-> Evaluate the strength of the founding team, technology, and intellectual property
-> Summarize findings from due diligence into comprehensive investment memos for review by the investment committee.
-> Present investment opportunities to the team, providing clear insights and recommendations
-> Assist in monitoring key performance metrics and milestones, and track progress against strategic objectives for portfolio companies
-> Identify opportunities for portfolio companies to collaborate and leverage synergies
-> Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
-> Conduct thematic research to identify new investment themes and opportunities.
-> Handle and create thought leadership article and blogs for social media handle
Qualifications:
-> Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field. (Maximum 2 year of experience)
-> Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
-> Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
-> Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, and venture capital.
Location: Bangalore
