Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Investment Team with their daily tasks relating to investing and managing start-ups portfolio companies
- Scout and research innovative startups in SEA and South Asia
- Deal screening: participate in meetings with entrepreneurs pitching to the fund
- Assist with content generation activities (e.g. LinkedIn posts, articles) to build up knowledge base in key industries
- Various special projects as required
Learning Outcomes & Objectives
- To be exposed to the SEA and India startup ecosystem
- To participate in meetings with startups and VCs
- To learn how to analyze investment opportunities
- To be exposed to value-creation projects for portfolio companies
Requirements
- Full time with a commitment of at least 6 months (LOA preferred)
- Be eligible for Enterprise Singapore’s GRT Grant.
- Passionate about the start-up scene and venture capital investments
- Proactive with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent English writing ability and vocabulary
