Job Title: Intern

Location: Gurugram

Duration: 6 months

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our team at Physis Capital. As an Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our investment professionals and gain first-hand experience in the exciting world of venture capital. This role will provide exposure to deal sourcing, industry research and due diligence offering valuable insights into the startup ecosystem.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and identifying potential investment opportunities by tracking emerging startups, industry trends, and market developments
• Maintain and update our internal database with relevant information about startups, founders, and market insights Prepare reports and summaries to help the investment team evaluate potential investments, highlighting key findings and insights
• Support the due diligence process by conducting comprehensive research on target companies, including competitive landscape analysis and industry benchmarking
• Collaborate with the investor relations team to prepare communication materials, reports, and presentations for our existing and potential investors, assisting in fund-raising
• Assist in responding to investor inquiries and providing updates on fund performance

Qualifications: Currently enrolled or graduated from a graduate degree program

Interest in venture capital, startups, entrepreneurship, and finance Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of financial concepts and investment principles (preferred, but not mandatory)
