About the Role

At Kalaari, content is a key pillar on which we build our brand. We are looking for a creative individual who will work on projects that enhance Kalaari’s content & brand presence across multiple channels. The role would involve content writing, social media management, stakeholder co-ordination, and taking end-to-end ownership of the projects that you are working on.

Key Responsibilities

• 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally has run a brand’s social media
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging written content for our website, blog, social media, newsletter, and other marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, calendar management, posting, and engagement with our audience.
• Aid in developing new content properties like podcasts, preparing micro-content from our existing video series, reports, etc.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
• Basic Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts and marketing collateral.
• Content Strategy & Ideation: Bring fresh and creative ideas to the table to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Co-ordination during events and community engagement activities run by the firm.
