Associate – Investments (3-5 yrs relevant experience)
We are a Mumbai based investment and advisory firm focused across private equity and venture capital investments and strategic advisory. We are now seeking an Associate for our advisory team as per below details.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
– Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or fully qualified CFA candidates or graduates from top tier colleges.
– 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in investment banking or transaction advisory (corp. finance).
– Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously.
– Strong experience in conducting industry, market and company-specific research and performing financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling.
Personal Attributes:
– Go getter and have a proactive attitude.
– Fluent communication skills – written and verbal.
– Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
