Eximius is a pre-seed stage VC fund, founded in 2021 on the principle of building an equitable ecosystem in the start-up world. Currently investing from Fund I, with a focus on tech investments across 4 key sectors including SAAS/AI, Fintech, Health tech and Media & Entertainment. We identify unstoppable founders at the inception of their journey and support them through all phases of growth.
Role: Investment Associate/Sr. Associate (SAAS/AI)
Eligibility:
– Graduate or a Postgraduate degree in Computer Science from a top Indian school or any Research exp in evaluating SAAS/AI models.
– Prior experience of working with a VC or working in research companies.
– Understanding Tech Stack and business beyond technical components in SAAS/AI
– Experience in organizing hackathons is a plus

Duration: Full-time

The role will be primarily tasked with: Participating in end-to-end investment process
Specific Responsibilities will Include:
– Quantitative
– Market research
– Competitive analysis
– Business model analysis
– Investment memo writing and presentation
Qualitative:
– Source potential investment opportunities in SAAS and AI sectors.
– Work on all aspects of the investment process of leading key aspects of diligence on opportunities and deal processes (e.g., tax, legal, valuation etc.), prepare investment memos and other discussion materials for the investment committee.
– Review intriguing pitch decks and hold captivating intro calls with founders.
– Communicate the unique value proposition and mission of Eximius.
– Collaborate with important and impactful stakeholders within the VC ecosystem.
– Manage key internal and external relationships to keep Eximius’ gears turning.
– Network with exciting founders, fund managers, and accelerators.
– Make thoughtful introductions on behalf of our founders to potential investors, customers, and advisors.
