We are looking for Fund Communication Manager to join our team based in our Pune office. This individual will work alongside Analysts, Associates and the Partner to contribute to overall smooth operations of the Fund. The successful candidate will bring experience in marketing, content creation, PR and management.

Scope of the Role

  • Creation and management of all content used by the company
  • Directing content specific research with the analysts and preparing infographics as required
  • Manage and structure social media platforms and company website
  • Assist in creating and executing branding & PR strategy for the organization
  • Support the organization with major events management and outreach activities
  • Represent the company in select events on a as needed basis
  • Managing event logistics for internal and external events
  • Manage external communication both online and offline
  • Assist in investor relationship management including investor reporting and communications
  • Liaise with various service providers
  • Handle the document management within the organization
  • Operational oversight to ensure compliance to internal standards
  • Enable efficient and effective operations by proactively managing the internal team members along
    with various external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree with minimum 1 year of full-time experience in any role having significant
    responsibility or having direct impact on business outcomes w.r.t. marketing and brand image
  • Experience as a content writer, digital marketer, publisher or PR professional preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and use technology for time and operations management
  • Enthusiasm for working with ambitious entrepreneurs and ability to foster creativity,
    communication and synergies between partners and companies
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills, with comfort in sharing and supporting
    opinions and positions
  • Eye for details and meticulous observation to ensure error-free operations
  • High degree of integrity, intellectually curious and team-oriented
  • Thrives in and actively seeks out diverse and dynamic environments
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with small groups
  • Ability to stay focused, organized and learn new things
  • Additional preference (but not requirement) for skills in Graphic Design, Finance, SEO or SMM
